Sign up on the Responder Knowledge Base for access to most responder grant opportunities (including CEDAP) and information
about almost every product sold to first responders. You must be military, police, fire or emergency management to have
full access to the site.
SAVER (System Assessment and Validation for Emergency Responders) is a nice program whereby DHS uses real responders
to evaluate competitive equipment for CBRNE response. You must sign up as a responder on the RKB to have access to the
reports. There are currently valuable assessments available for IMS detectors, Multi-gas detectors, Radiological detectors,
biological detectors, communications tools, explosives mitigation devices and PPE. Their analysis protocol and methodology
is quite good.
